Exercise therapy can be used for the prevention and management of pain, and along the way it can be used to get to know your body and the way it works better. Exercise therapy is a group of exercises recommended by your health care provider to help with everything mentioned earlier: managing pain, rehabilitating damage to tissues, muscles, ligaments, and tendons, and restoring a normal range of motion.
